Add these dishes to make a full meal:
Yield: 6 servings
1 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Peanut Butter®
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup Santa Cruz Organic® 100% Lemon Juice
garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp ginger, finely chopped
2 1/2 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into 1 1/2 inch strips
Prepare marinade 2 hours before ready to grill by mixing the ingredients, except the chicken, in a blender until combined.
Marinate the chicken for approximately 2 hours.
Lightly oil medium-hot BBQ grill.
Grill marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes per side.
