Ingredients

6 4-ounce lamb chops, trimmed of all fat

1 Tbs ground sumac

3/4 tsp salt

3/4 tsp black pepper

2 Tbs pomegranate

molasses (or pomegranate syrup)

Directions

Preheat grill or broiler.

In a small bowl, mix sumac, salt and pepper.

Dust lamb chop on each side with sumac mixture.

Grill or broil lamb chops until cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.

Serve 1 lamb chop with 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses.
